Non-CAD File Uploads

Enable non-CAD file uploads (e.g. .pdf, .rar, .jpg, etc.) to trigger Manual Review Mode (TBD), allowing users to configure material, process, post-processing, and quantity. Orders remain under review with a customizable TBD label instead of pricing.

Flexible Pricing Methods

Configure automated pricing with two flexible methods:

• Time-Based: Calculates costs using machine, operator, and programming time.
• Cost-Based: Considers operation, material, setup, and programming costs. Both leverage part geometry analysis and feature recognition for precision. Combine both approaches for maximum flexibility and accuracy.

Pricing Complexity Analysis

Automatically analyze part complexity and apply customizable multipliers across five levels to adjust pricing per machine. Fine-tune how complexity impacts costs, ensuring accurate and optimized pricing for every manufacturing scenario.

Model Analysis Engine

We receive over 100,000 models per year. We leveraged this insight to develop a powerful engine that automatically finds and fixes common annoying gaps; such as non-manifold edges, mispositioned triangles, misaligned edges, uncalled for openings, holes, and wall thickness errors.

Model Upload and AI Analysis

Upload multiple models, set prices for one and ten units, and let our AI analyze the data. The system auto-configures machine and material settings, enabling accurate automated instant pricing based on real-world benchmarks.
